In facing dynamic global competition, companies need to enhance their operations to be responsive to evolving business trends. Human resources are key assets in the success of a company, making the improvement of employee performance crucial. Organizational culture should support company objectives and serve as indicators of employee behavior and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of operating and maintenance consortium employees at PT. KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) and CR-Beijing (China Railway Beijing). The research will compare organizational cultures at PT. KAI and CR-Beijing to identify cultural dimensions, values, beliefs, and key practices that shape the work environment. A case study approach will provide comprehensive understanding of complex phenomena involving multiple variables. Structured interviews were employed in this study to explore how organizational culture influences employee performance. Qualitative data analysis will be conducted before, during, and after data collection. A preliminary study using secondary data will determine the research focus, while field analysis following the Miles and Huberman model will involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. These steps aim to understand how organizational culture influences employee performance. This study sheds light on challenges faced by organizations in the railway sector and serves as a reference for similar industries seeking to improve operational efficiency through strategic management of organizational culture. By identifying areas for improvement in organizational culture, this research has the potential to positively impact the work environment, motivation, and job satisfaction of permanent employees.
