本研究旨在探討如何整合數位轉型、劣勢創新和隨創概念,透過動態管理能力來實現微型創業的成功。現下的研究基本都是以邏輯推導為主,對於微型創業此時下趨勢的議題做出實務研究甚少,本研究先回顧了微型創業的現狀和趨勢,且強調了數位轉型在現代經濟中的重要性,並選擇微型創業品牌「某S西裝訂製店」數位轉型過程作為個案,說明資源短缺或突然缺失的狀態下如何以以退為進的方式,將一般資源轉化、演化與深化成獨特的「動態能力」過程,取得營運正當性,最後形成新的市場價值之過程。深入探討數位轉型與劣勢創新的本質以及企業執行數位轉型時動態隨創特性。根據研究結果證實企業家及企業之動態能力展現出重要的地位價值,甚至還能影響企業轉型成敗與企業存活的可能。因此本研究據以提出重點在於說明「動態隨創」,面對環境條件資源不足下,如何隨著市場機會,對應本身剩餘資源在剃除無效資源後,透過創業家的動態管理能力進行資源拼湊與重整與投入,以回應市場發展機會進而得以延續創業活動,而後獲得成長可能。
This study aims to explore how to integrate digital transformation, disadvantaged innovation, and bricolage concepts to achieve the success of micro-entrepreneurship through dynamic managerial capabilities. Current research is predominantly based on logical deduction, with limited practical studies on the issues of micro-entrepreneurship in the current trend. This paper first reviews the current status and trends of micro-entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in the modern economy. It selects the digital transformation process of the micro-entrepreneurship brand "Company S Tailor" as a case study to illustrate how to transform, evolve, and deepen general resources into unique "dynamic capabilities" through a "making do" approach in the state of resource scarcity or sudden loss. This process leads to gaining operational legitimacy and eventually forming new market value. The study delves into the essence of digital transformation and disadvantaged innovation, as well as the dynamic bricolage characteristics of businesses during digital transformation. According to the research results, it is confirmed that dynamic capabilities of entrepreneurs and businesses play a crucial role, even influencing the success of business transformation and the potential for business survival. Therefore, this study focuses on illustrating the concept of "dynamic bricolage," which involves responding to market opportunities with remaining resources after eliminating ineffective ones. This is achieved through the dynamic managerial capabilities of entrepreneurs, involving resource combination, reorganization, and investment to capitalize on market development opportunities and achieve growth in the context of resource constraints.
