中文摘要
本研究旨在探討企業人員的人格特質、專業能力與工作滿意度之間的關係,特別針對眼科診所的員工進行調查。隨著眼科產業的快速發展,提升員工的專業能力及工作滿意度變得尤為重要。研究對象包括北、中、南部某連鎖眼科診所的員工,共發放70份問卷,最終回收並有效問卷70份。結果顯示,人格特質對工作滿意度具有顯著影響,尤其是外向性、嚴謹性和親和性等人格特質能顯著提升員工的工作滿意度。此外,專業能力水平亦對工作滿意度有顯著影響,具較高專業能力的員工通常對工作感到更滿意,這是由於他們能更有效率和準確地完成工作任務,並獲得患者和同事的認可。
根據問卷調查結果,建議企業在招聘和培訓過程中重視人格特質和專業能力的評估,選擇適合的員工並提供相應的培訓,以提升員工的專業能力和工作滿意度。企業應建立有效的激勵機制,鼓勵員工提升自身專業能力,並通過創造良好的工作環境來提升員工的工作滿意度。此外,本研究範圍僅限於特定地區的連鎖眼科診所,未來應擴大樣本範圍,包括不同地區與其他醫療行業的員工,並調查未考慮到的離職員工的意見,將其納入調查範圍,以提出更具體與有效的管理對策。透過實證分析,本研究揭示人格特質和專業能力對工作滿意度的重要影響,為企業提升員工滿意度與提高工作效能提供了可參考的依據。

ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore the relationship between personality traits, professional competence, and job satisfaction among corporate employees, specifically focusing on the staff of ophthalmology clinics. With the rapid development of the ophthalmology industry, enhancing employee job satisfaction has become increasingly important. The study subjects included employees from a chain of ophthalmology clinics in the northern, central, and southern regions, with 70 questionnaires distributed and effectively collected.
The results indicate that personality traits have a significant impact on job satisfaction, especially traits such as extraversion, conscientiousness, and agreeableness, which can significantly enhance job satisfaction. Additionally, the level of professional competence also significantly affects job satisfaction. Employees with higher professional competence generally feel more satisfied with their jobs, as they can complete work tasks more effectively and gain recognition from patients and colleagues.
Based on the survey results, it is recommended that companies emphasize the evaluation of personality traits and professional competence in the recruitment and training process, selecting suitable employees and providing appropriate training to enhance their professional competence and job satisfaction. Furthermore, effective incentive mechanisms should be established to encourage employees to improve their professional skills, while creating a positive work environment to boost job satisfaction.
The scope of this study is limited to a specific region's chain of ophthalmology clinics. Future studies should expand the sample range to include employees from different regions and other medical industries. Additionally, it is necessary to consider the opinions of former employees and include them in the survey to propose more specific and effective management strategies.
In conclusion, through empirical analysis, this study reveals the significant impact of personality traits and professional competence on job satisfaction, providing a reference for companies to enhance employee satisfaction and improve work efficiency.
