Due to today's environment of high housing prices, the indoor square footage is small and the layout is limited. Traditional home office desks are less able to respond to the usage habits and more needs of different users. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of home office groups, they can flexibly use work equipment and upgrade The working environment needs to improve the traditional home desk. This study applies TRIZ theory to design and improve traditional home office desks to meet the needs of home office groups. Firstly, interview method was used to understand the market positioning of home office desks for home office groups; through questionnaires, factors that caused poor actual experience of existing office desks and the functional requirements of ideal office desks were analyzed; secondly, the technical fields of office desk products currently on the market were analyzed. and technical issues; the interviewer applied " Function Analysis " to define the interrelationships and functions of the various components of the home office desk, and used " Cause-Effect Chains Analysis " to find out the causes of functional disadvantages and the contradictions therein, and used the "Contradiction Matrix" and " Invention Principles " to find corresponding solutions; after selecting the best feasible solution, draw a product concept design drawing of an innovative home office desk. Finally, an "Innovative Home Desk Commercialization Market Assessment" was conducted, and the assessment results were suitable for subsequent commercialization development. This study explores the factors that make home office users have poor experience with existing home office desks, and understands the unmet functional needs of home office employees for home office desks.
