  在競爭日益激烈的市場環境中,企業普遍都僅重視團隊領導者的領導風格對公司的影響,然而鮮少有研究從主管的正、負向心情角度去探討其對所屬員工的正、負向心情的影響,該影響是否會間接影響到員工對工作的投入狀態。本研究的目的是要探討主管的心情對於員工的工作表現是否有重要的影響,並且對於員工投入和倦怠的影響。
  本研究以國內一般電子業的基層員工為研究對象,共計回收203份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,主管正向心情會影響部屬的心情感受與工作行為;亦即,主管正向心情愈高,則部屬正向心情亦愈高,進而影響到部屬對工作投入的提高。主管正向心情會影響部屬的心情感受與工作行為;亦即,主管負向心情愈高,部屬的負向心情亦愈高,進而影響到部屬產生工作倦怠的提高。基於上述的結果,提出管理意涵及未來研究建議。
  In the increasingly competitive market environment, companies generally focus only on the impact of the leadership style of team leaders on the company. However, there is limited research that investigates the influence of supervisor’s positive and negative moods on the positive and negative moods of their subordinates’, and whether this influence indirectly affects employees' engagement in their work. The purpose of this study is to explore the important influence of supervisor’s moods on employees' job performance and the impact on their involvement and burnout.
  This study focused on frontline employees in the general electronics industry in Taiwan, and a total of 203 valid questionnaires were collected. The research findings indicate that positive moods of supervisor have an impact on the moods of their subordinates’. Specifically, when supervisor have higher positive moods, their subordinates’ also experience higher positive moods, which further affects their job involvement. On the other hand, negative moods of supervisor also have an impact on the moods of their subordinates’. When supervisor have higher negative moods, their subordinates also experience higher negative moods, which in turn affects the emergence of work burnout among the subordinates’. Based on these results, management implications and suggestions for future research are proposed.
