本研究依據壓力調適行為理論,提出下班以即時通訊軟體討論工作,以問題解決思考傾向說明跟壓力間的關係、並以問題解決自我效能之中介關係的調節效果。
本研究以問卷調查法進行,於兩階段不同時間點進行資料蒐集,回收有效問卷328份。研究結果發現:一、下班以即時訊息討論工作會與問題解決思考呈現正向關係。;二、問題解決自我效能感與壓力具有調節效果,當自我效能感高時會強化下班以即時訊息討論工作與問題解決思考的正向關係。;三、問題解決思考會中介下班以即時訊息討論工作與壓力間的關係。
本研究依結果提出相關的理論及實務意涵,並討論研究限制和未來研究方向。
Based on the Stress Adaptation Behavior Theory, this study proposes that discussing work through instant messaging software after work can explain the relationship between problem-solving thinking tendencies and stress. Additionally, it examines the moderating effect of problem-solving self-efficacy as a mediator.
This study utilized a questionnaire survey method, collecting data at two different time points in two stages, and obtained 328 valid responses. The results revealed the following:
1. Discussing work through instant messaging after work is positively related to problem-solving thinking tendencies.
2. Problem-solving self-efficacy moderates the relationship between discussing work via instant messaging after work and problem-solving thinking. Specifically, higher self-efficacy strengthens the positive relationship between discussing work through instant messaging after work and problem-solving thinking.
3. Problem-solving thinking mediates the relationship between discussing work via instant messaging after work and stress.
Based on the results, this study presents relevant theoretical and practical implications, and discusses the research limitations and future research directions.
