隨著科技的不斷進步與教學現場需求,遠距教學系統已成為現今教育單位所必須要具備的。本研究試圖發展與建置雲端社群平台,將智慧遠距系統整合運用到遠距雲端教學系統中。我們首先分析智慧遠距系統和雲端教學系統的核心特點,並探討了將兩者相結合所帶來的優勢,提高教學資源的可及性以及增強教學的互動性。而本論文主要是透過研究No-Code AI平台搭配雲端教學系統的核心技術的方法,並將搜集來的資料透過雲端社群平台處理,再由AI主機做模型學習來建置教學平台系統,本研究將建置成遠距雲端教學系統,以提供使用者方便的遠距雲端教學系統。研究結果可提出解決教學現場所面臨的問題及解決方案來克服實體教室及客服人員技術功能問題。本研究所建置之遠距雲端教學系統預計的功能有:1.雲端選課功能 2.雲端註冊功能 3.雲端會員管理功能 4.雲端遠距教室功能及機器人客服 5.雲端會議功能 6.雲端直播功能及機器人客服 7.雲端教學影片。
最後,我們實際對研究所開發之系統進行了穩定性測試和驗證,通過模擬真實的遠距教學平台並實際安裝到學校中進行有效性驗證以確認智慧遠距系統整合運用到遠距雲端教學系統之穩定性、快速性、便利性以降低教師實施教學之困難度,並探討教師使用後對本教學平台後的使用滿意度。本研究採用問卷調查方式,研究對象為曾使用過本教學平台的教師,共回收45份樣本問卷。研究工具為「智慧遠距雲端教學平台使用者滿意度調查問卷」,內容包括使用者在「軟體品質」、「系統品質」與「教學品質」等構面的滿意程度,以及使用者對本教學平台之使用後所提出之感受及回饋建議。

With the continuous advancement of technology and the needs of teaching sites, distance teaching systems have become a must-have for today's education units. This research attempts to develop and build a cloud community platform and integrate smart remote systems into remote cloud teaching systems. We first analyzed the core characteristics of smart distance systems and cloud teaching systems, and discussed the advantages of combining the two to improve the accessibility of teaching resources and enhance the interactivity of teaching. This paper mainly studies the method of combining the No-Code AI platform with the core technology of the cloud teaching system, processes the collected data through the cloud social platform, and then uses the AI host to do model learning to build a teaching platform system. , this research will build a remote cloud teaching system to provide users with a convenient remote cloud teaching system. The research results can provide solutions to the problems faced by teaching sites and solutions to overcome the technical functional problems of physical classrooms and customer service personnel. The expected functions of the distance cloud teaching system built by this institute are: 1. Cloud course selection function 2. Cloud registration function 3. Cloud member management function 4. Cloud distance classroom function and robot customer service 5. Cloud conference function 6. Cloud Live broadcast function and robot customer service 7. Cloud teaching video.
Finally, we actually conducted stability testing and verification of the system developed by the institute. By simulating a real distance teaching platform and actually installing it in a school for effectiveness verification, we confirmed that the smart distance system is integrated and applied to the distance cloud teaching system. The stability, speed and convenience of the platform can reduce the difficulty for teachers to implement teaching,and explore teachers’ satisfaction with this teaching platform after using it. This study adopted a questionnaire survey method, and the research subjects were teachers who had used this teaching platform. A total of 45 sample questionnaires were collected. The research tool is the "Smart Remote Cloud Teaching Platform User Satisfaction Questionnaire", which includes users' satisfaction in aspects such as "software quality", "system quality" and "teaching quality", as well as users' satisfaction with this teaching platform Feelings and feedback suggestions after using it.
