臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

全球失智症人口不斷攀升，非藥方性的社交處方箋成為新型態健康照護方式，鼓勵患者參與文化、藝術等社交活動以促進健康。博物館作為文化機構，具備社會責任，應積極發展失智友善空間，提供安全、理解與支持性的文化體驗，不僅有益患者及家屬，更能促進社區共融及落實友善平權的實踐，為整體社會帶來正向積極的影響。因此，博物館相關從業人員發展失智友善博物館的行為決定因素即有其探討的意義與必要。

本研究以計畫行為理論為理論基礎，針對博物館相關從業人員發展失智友善博物館的各個相關構面，包括發展失智友善博物館的態度、主觀規範、認知行為控制、博物館的社會責任、行為意圖與行為，進行關聯性探討。在抽樣方面，本研究共發放200份問卷，有效回收樣本165份，有效回收率為82.5%。本研究進一步藉由因素分析、信度分析、迴歸分析與變異數分析，針對研究假設進行驗證。

實證結果指出博物館相關從業人員發展失智友善博物館態度愈高，其發展失智友善博物館的行為意圖也愈高；而博物館相關從業人員所受的主觀規範愈高，其發展失智友善博物館的行為意圖也愈強；且博物館相關從業人員的認知行為控制愈高，其發展失智友善博物館的行為意圖也愈高；當博物館的社會責任愈高，其發展失智友善博物館的行為意圖也愈高；此外，發展失智友善博物館的態度愈強，其對發展失智友善博物館的行為影響也愈大；博物館的社會責任愈高，亦對發展失智友善博物館的行為影響愈大；當發展失智友善博物館的行為意圖愈強，其對發展失智友善博物館的行為影響也愈大。本研究實證結果支持Ajzen (1985，1991)與 Epstein, Williams, and Botvin (2002)等學者的論點，亦對發展失智友善博物館此一研究議題帶來若干貢獻。

The global population of dementia patients continues to rise, and non-pharmacological social prescriptions have become a new form of healthcare, encouraging patients to participate in cultural and artistic activities to promote their well-being. Museums, as cultural institutions, have a social responsibility to actively develop dementia-friendly spaces, providing a safe, understanding, and supportive cultural experience. This not only benefits patients and their families but also promotes community integration and the realization of equal rights, bringing about a positive impact on society as a whole. Therefore, it is significant and necessary to explore the determinants of museum professionals' development of dementia-friendly museums.

This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and investigates various relevant aspects of museum professionals' development of dementia-friendly museums, including their attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, the museum social responsibility, behavioral intentions, and behavior. In terms of sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed, with 165 valid responses received, resulting in an effective response rate of 82.5%. The study further validates the research hypotheses through factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and analysis of variance.

The empirical results indicate that the higher the attitude of museum professionals towards developing dementia-friendly museums, the higher their behavioral intentions to do so. Similarly, the higher the subjective norms perceived by museum professionals, the stronger their behavioral intentions to develop dementia-friendly museums. Additionally, the higher the perceived behavioral control of museum professionals, the higher their behavioral intentions to develop dementia-friendly museums. When the museum social responsibility is higher, the behavioral intentions to develop dementia-friendly museums are also higher. Furthermore, a stronger attitude towards developing dementia-friendly museums has a greater impact on the behavior, and a higher social responsibility of the museum also has a greater impact on the behavior. When the behavioral intentions to develop dementia-friendly museums are stronger, their impact on the behavior is also greater. The empirical results of this study support the arguments of scholars such as Ajzen (1985, 1991) and Epstein, Williams, and Botvin (2002), and make several contributions to the research topic of developing dementia-friendly museums.
