臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著無線網路和數位轉型需求的快速成長，伴隨的能源消耗和溫室氣體排放也同時倍增，導致環境污染和氣候變遷問題日益嚴重。企業需要運用節能、創新設計及循環經濟等思維，來因應對環境的衝擊，以及符合國際和國內的永續發展規範。本研究針對台灣網路通訊設備製造產業探討其實施的永續發展策略，以分析個案公司的成效及未來挑戰，透過五力分析及SWOT分析個案公司的永續發展管理政策，並提出策略建議。研究發現大部分台灣網通廠已建立綠色策略的短長期發展方針，以及設立長遠的淨零目標，因此目前需要積極管理才能有效快速識別潛在的威脅，及時抓住永續發展趨勢，將其轉化為商機。研究建議個案公司在發展永續策略時需要採取下列幾項措施：
(1)培養具永續意識的組織文化：從高層領導做起，將永續理念融入企業核心，並透過教育培訓等方式，讓全體員工內化永續概念。
(2)建立永續供應鏈：制定綠色採購標準及推動供應商綠色認證機制等。同時透過數位技術實現資訊共享，協同開發低碳產品。
(3)優化綠色產品開發：持續掌握綠色趨勢，在產品設計階段考量環境因素，同時推動碳足跡管理，可提升自身核心競爭力。
(4)深化客戶關係：專注電信市場，並在生產基地培養當地永續人才，以提升綠色製造能力。
(5)生產佈局多元化：評估在其他地區設立生產中心的可能性，以分散風險，確保供應鏈穩定。
(6)增加永續人才投入：加強環境管理、社會責任、永續創新及策略規劃等方面的人才培養。
(7)把握綠色商機：關注網路通訊技術在能源、智慧城市及智慧製造等領域的應用，並持續投入創新研發。
透過全面啟動形成系統化的永續發展策略，才能在面對環境挑戰中，仍能持續提升自身的核心競爭力，並實現長期穩定發展。

As the demand for wireless networks and digital transformation rapidly grows, the accompanying energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have also multiplied, leading to increasingly severe environmental pollution and climate change issues. Enterprises need to adopt strategies such as energy conservation, innovative design, and a circular economy to mitigate environmental impacts and comply with international and domestic sustainable development norms. This study focuses on the Taiwan Networking Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industry to explore its implementation of sustainable development strategies, analyze the results and future challenges of the case company, and propose strategic recommendations through five forces analysis and SWOT analysis of the case company's sustainable development management policies. The study found that most Taiwanese Networking Communication Equipment Manufacturers have established short and long-term development guidelines for green strategies and set long-term net-zero goals. Therefore, active management is currently needed to effectively and quickly identify potential threats, seize sustainable development trends, and turn them into business opportunities. The study recommends that the case company take the following measures when developing sustainable strategies:
(1)Cultivate an organizational culture of sustainability awareness: Start from senior leaders to integrate the concept of sustainability into the core of the enterprise, and enable all employees to internalize the concept of sustainability through education and training.
(2)Establish a sustainable supply chain: Formulate green procurement standards and promote green certification mechanisms for suppliers. Simultaneously, use digital technology to achieve information sharing and collaborative development of low-carbon products.
(3)Optimize green product development: Continuously grasp green trends, consider environmental factors in the product design stage, and promote carbon footprint management to improve core competitiveness.
(4)Deepen customer relationships: Focus on the telecommunications market and cultivate local sustainable talents in production bases to enhance green manufacturing capabilities.
(5)Diversify production distribution: Evaluate the possibility of setting up production centers in other regions to diversify risks and ensure supply chain stability.
(6)Increase investment in sustainable talents: Strengthen talent training in environmental management, social responsibility, sustainable innovation, and strategic planning.
(7)Seize green business opportunities: Pay attention to the application of network communication technology in energy, smart cities, smart manufacturing, and other fields, and continue to invest in innovative research and development.
By comprehensively launching a systematic sustainable development strategy, the case company can continue to improve its core competitiveness and achieve long-term stable development in the face of environmental challenges.
