This study focuses on a specific group of disadvantaged youth and explores the impact of training programs on their employability. The results indicate that the training programs have a significant positive effect on improving the employability of the participants, with a path coefficient of 0.724 and a t-value of 9.714, demonstrating a high level of significance. The evaluation of the measurement model shows that all measurement items are significant, with the composite reliability and average variance extracted (AVE) of all latent variables meeting the recommended standards, and the discriminant validity being good. This confirms the reliability and validity of the research model. Additionally, the sample analysis results show that the participants are equally divided between males and females, all under the age of 20, with monthly incomes mainly concentrated at or below 30,000 NT (60%), and the rest between 30,001 NT and 60,000 NT (40%). This sample structure provides sufficient data to explore changes in employability among disadvantaged youth following the training programs. The study demonstrates that training programs targeting disadvantaged youth play a crucial role in enhancing their employability. It is recommended that future program designs consider the needs of youth from diverse backgrounds, improve the quality and practicality of the programs, and establish continuous tracking and evaluation mechanisms to ensure long-term effects and sustained support.
