本研究旨在探討性侵害防治教育的教案設計給予學習障礙青少年身體界線的知識、自我保護的能力以及應對與處理危險情境能力的介入效果。方法:以馬來西亞某私人學習中心三位學習障礙青少年為對象,採用自編的教案設計進行質性研究。研究為期三周,每週兩節(40 分/節)的教學活動,並通過介入前、後的性侵害認知和行為檢測表評估介入成效。結果:性侵害防治教育課程介入後,其三人對於身體界線的知識、自我保護的能力以及應對與處理危險情境能力增加。結論:本研究性侵害防治教育的介入有助於增進學習障礙青少年對於身體界線的知識、自我保護的能力以及應對與處理危險情境的能力。
This study aimed to explore the intervention effects of sexual assault prevention education on knowledge of personal boundaries, self-protective abilities, and coping skills in dealing with risky situations among adolescents with learning difficulties. Method: Three adolescents with learning difficulties from a private learning center in Malaysia were selected for this qualitative study, utilizing a self-designed curriculum. The study spanned three weeks with two sessions of teaching activities per week. The effectiveness of the intervention was assessed through pre- and post-intervention measures of sexual assault awareness and behaviour assessment. Results: Following the sexual assault prevention education intervention, the three participants demonstrated an increase in knowledge of personal boundaries, self-protective abilities, and coping skills in dealing with risky situations. Conclusion: This study suggests that the intervention of sexual assault prevention education contributes to enhancing the knowledge of personal boundaries, self-protective abilities, and coping skills in dealing with risky situations among adolescents with learning disabilities.
