This study aims to explore the relationship between the awareness of sexual harassment prevention, the perception of institutional betrayal in sexual harassment situations, and work-related stress among military personnel. The research employs a questionnaire survey method, beginning with the analysis of the reliability and validity of the scales using 174 pilot samples. Subsequently, the hypotheses of this study were tested using 1,016 formal samples, yielding the following key findings:
1. The awareness of sexual harassment prevention among military personnel is inversely predictive of the perception of institutional betrayal and work-related stress.
2. The perception of institutional betrayal regarding sexual harassment is positively predictive of work-related stress among military personnel.
3. Junior military personnel experience relatively higher levels of work-related stress and perception of institutional betrayal concerning sexual harassment.
4. Senior military personnel demonstrate relatively higher awareness of sexual harassment prevention and lower perception of institutional betrayal.
5. Compared to their male counterparts, female military personnel exhibit better awareness of sexual harassment prevention but experience higher levels of work-related stress.
6. Heterosexual military personnel experience relatively lower work-related stress, while those with other sexual orientations have a higher perception of institutional betrayal concerning sexual harassment.
7. Military personnel responsible for handling sexual harassment cases experience relatively higher role stress.
8. Military officers in the rank of field grade have better awareness of sexual harassment prevention.
9. Military personnel with lower educational levels exhibit relatively lower awareness of sexual harassment.
