在經濟全球化的時代,企業要讓國際市場客戶看到,除了以往的為知名品牌代工、高品質的工藝及價格之外,在勞動人權意識及環境保護意識的抬頭,對於供應商在企業社會責任要求也一直升高,在客戶眼裡,商譽比起產品更為重要,當客戶本身與供應商有發生了違反企業社會道德的事,一定會被此被牽連,假使商譽受損也會發生再好的產品也賣不出去窘境。所以企業社會責任之履行,不僅是為了能增加其知名度,更是能創造提升其競爭力。本研究以將第三方角度分析某精密工具公司,利用條列式問題訪談該公司負責企業社會責任相關負責人,並由訪談過後的資料,及該公司被其他第三方公證單位亦或者是國外客戶所派員稽核資料,彙整利用 SWOT 分析探討對該公司未來在企業社會責任上能更有高度的提升,並讓該公司領導階層更努力支持。最後來達到更多客戶群的期待,達到客戶與該公司雙贏局面。
In the era of economic globalization, companies must demonstrate to international market customers that they not only provide past OEM services for well-known brands but also offer high-quality craftsmanship and competitive prices. With the rise of awareness regarding labor rights and environmental protection, the requirements for suppliers in terms of CSR are becoming increasingly stringent. To customers, goodwill is more important than the products themselves. When customers interact with suppliers who violate corporate social ethics, they themselves will be implicated. Even if their goodwill is damaged, they will face the dilemma of being unable to sell even the best products. Therefore, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities is not only a means to increase popularity but also to create and enhance competitiveness.
This study will analyze a precision tool company from a third-party perspective, using a set of listed questions to interview the person in charge of corporate social responsibility within the company. Based on the data gathered from the interview, additional data certified by other third-party notarization units or national audit data assigned by external customers will be collected. A SWOT analysis will be conducted to explore how the company can further improve its corporate social responsibility in the future, and how the company's leadership can be motivated to work harder to support these initiatives. Ultimately, the goal is to meet the expectations of more customer groups and achieve a win-win situation for both customers and the company.
