少子化高齡社會已是全球需面臨的議題,除了長期照顧,也連帶影響幼兒教育。我國近年來幼兒園實施代間學習的案例逐漸增加,提供不同世代交流與學習機會,也為幼兒教育帶來有別以往的教學與經營模式。本研究旨在瞭解幼兒園教保服務人員實施代間學習之動機與模式、歷程及可行性,透過半結構訪談,輔以文本分析,瞭解三所幼兒園實施代間學習的經驗,以及參與者對於幼兒園實施代間學習的看法。研究結果發現:
一、幼兒園教保服務人員實施動機,有助於代間學習融入園所課程
二、幼兒園實施代間學習有助於提升幼兒社會互動能力
三、世代物理距離和互動頻率是幼兒園實施代間學習可行與否的首要因素
四、幼兒園實施代間學習有助於園所經營模式轉型

幼兒園實施代間學習對幼兒和長者皆有正面影響,研究者建議,實施代間學習應重視長期關係建立、透過現有課程發展代間學習,並加強本土語言能力,以促進世代溝通。未來研究需關注跨領域議題,並尋求專家學者協助,以提高研究效率及推動代間學習。
The global challenges posed by an aging population and declining birth rates require attention. This demographic shift impacts long-term care influences early childhood education significantly. Notably, there has been a gradual increase in the implementation of intergenerational learning within kindergartens in our country. This wave not only offers opportunities for different generations to interact and learn from one another but also introduces a novel approach to early childhood education. This study aims to explore the motivations, models, processes, and feasibility of kindergarten educators implementing intergenerational learning. By conducting semi-structured interviews and textual analysis, this study will examine the experience of intergenerational learning in three kindergartens and the perspectives of the participants. The study unfolds several key findings:
1. Motivating preschool educators helps to develop innovative models of intergenerational learning.
The motivation of early preschool educators matters to develop the integration of intergenerational learning into the institution's curriculum.
2. Intergenerational learning in kindergartens helps to enhance children’s social interaction skills.
3. The physical distance between generations and the frequency of interactions are primary factors determining the feasibility of implementing intergenerational learning in kindergartens.
4. Implementing intergenerational learning in kindergarten helps to transform the management model of the preschool.
Intergenerational learning in kindergartens has positive effects on both children and the elderly. The author advocates for prioritizing the establishment of long-term relationships in the implementation of intergenerational learning. Proficiency in the local language and alignment with existing curricula emerge as critical factors for enhancing effective intergenerational communication. Future research endeavors may focus on interdisciplinary exploration and seek increased collaboration with experts to elevate research efficiency and advance the promotion of intergenerational learning.
