波比跳是一項以手撐地蹲下、平板支撐及跳躍的結構化運動。這些動作需要上肢近端肌肉作用和肩部關節的擠壓,利用自身體重作為負荷,從而增強肩部和軀幹穩定度。這種穩定性是控制遠端手部動作的基礎,對書寫準備技能的發展至關重要。本研究旨在探討波比跳對學齡前兒童書寫準備技能的影響。研究目的:(一)探討波比跳介入對學齡前兒童書寫準備技能的影響。(二)探討波比跳介入之學齡前兒童與未接受波比跳對照組學齡前兒童於書寫準備技能之差異。研究設計:採用實驗設計,從南投縣草屯鎮的一所公立幼兒園進行收案,隨機選取26名(實驗組13名、控制組13名)57至76個月的兒童。研究使用「兒童寫字表現評量表:寫字困難亞型與寫字先備能力分析(CHEF)學前版」進行前後測,評估書寫準備技能的工整性、功能性、寫字握筆工學表現及寫字行為四大向度。實驗組每週接受2次,每次30分鐘的波比跳,持續4週,以探討波比跳對學齡前兒童書寫準備技能的成效。使用SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本T考驗及相依樣本T考驗,分析兩組兒童在書寫準備技能分數的成效比較。研究結果:實驗組兒童在工整性和寫字行為方面後測相較前測進步,且具有顯著差異。實驗組在工整性和寫字行為方面亦明顯優於對照組,有顯著差異。功能性及寫字握筆工學表現皆未達顯著效益。此結果表示波比跳介入能有效提升學齡前兒童在書寫準備技能中的工整性和寫字行為。因此,研究者建議可向早期療育單位推廣波比跳,這是一項能在居家生活輕鬆進行的活動,對提升兒童書寫準備技能具有潛在的價值。
Burpees are a structured exercise involving a squat with hands on the ground, a plank position and a jump. These movements require the activation of proximal upper limb muscles and shoulder joint compression, using the body's weight as resistance to enhance shoulder and trunk stability. This stability is fundamental for controlling distal hand movements and is crucial for the development of prewriting skills. This study aims to investigate the effects of burpee on prewriting skills in preschool children. The purpose of the research includes: (1) To explore the impact of burpee intervention on the prewriting skills of preschool children. (2) To examine the differences in prewriting skills between preschool children who underwent burpee and those in a control group who did not. Research design: A experimental design was employed, with data collected from a public kindergarten in Caotun Township, Nantou County. A total of 26 children (13 in the experimental group and 13 in the control group), aged 57-76 months, were randomly selected. The study used the " Chinese Handwriting Evaluation Form (CHEF) Preschool Edition" for pre-test and post-test, evaluating four dimensions of prewriting skills: neatness, functionality, handwriting ergonomics and writing behavior. The experimental group received burpee program twice a week, with each session lasting 30 minutes, for 4 consecutive weeks, to assess the effectiveness of burpee on prewriting skills in preschool children. Using SPSS software to compare the effectiveness of prewriting skill scores between the two groups. Research results: Children in the experimental group showed significant differences in neatness and writing behavior from pre-test to post-test. The experimental group also performed significantly better than the control group in these two areas. However, no significant benefits were observed in functionality and handwriting ergonomics. Research conclusion: burpee intervention can effectively enhance neatness and writing behavior in preschool children's prewriting skills. Therefore, the researchers suggest promoting burpee to early intervention units, as it is an activity that can be easily incorporated into home life and has potential value in improving children's prewriting skills.
