  本技術報告書係歸納國內外相關論著與作者從事手球教練多年的訓練經驗,實為訓練理論與實際的充分結合,旨在建立手球訓練的新觀念及研究發展的精神,隨著國際運動競技的演進及運動水準不斷的提昇,運動訓練也邁向更科學化、更積極性的手段,運動教練更應專心致志於專項的研究與新知的吸收,方能有效提昇技術水準及國際競爭力。
  本書共分為七章,各章重要的內容如下:
  第一章緒論,敘述手球運動的起源、推展概況和發展趨勢,介紹手球的活動大意和特性,並提出振興我國手球運動的展望。
  第二章手球的體能結構與體能訓練法,除分析手球運動員的體型與體能結構外,並藉實際的測驗評估來探討手球的專項體能與訓練方法。
  第三章手球技術分析與訓練法,將手球個人基本技術分為:(一)基礎技術之步法與單手持球技術;(二)攻擊技術之控球、傳接球和射門;(三)普通球員與守門員之防守技術等三個部份,以動作分析和運用要領為重點,提供訓練方法與範例圖示。
  第四章手球戰術戰略的研究與訓練法,就攻擊和防守兩方面,分別探討其基本戰術及團隊戰術的結構,以及實戰運用的要點,尤其,針對近代手球強力攻擊與壓迫性防守的發展態勢,研討有效的因應對策。
  第五章探討手球員的心理訓練與指導,闡明運動員心理訓練的內涵與重要性,並注重運動員心智訓練的指導方法。
  第六章探討手球訓練計畫的擬訂與實施要點,運動訓練的績效,端視訓練計畫擬訂內容是否適切及執行是否確實,近代科學訓練已取代傳統的經驗訓練,各種不同訓練計畫的擬訂與實施,當順應國際競賽的需求。
  第七章球隊的養成與管理,主要在探討手球運動員的選才與運動員的健康管理,灌輸運動員日常生活健康管理自我監督的理念。
  手球運動在我國推展二十餘年,曾有一段蓬勃發展的時期,女子國家隊曾在1990年亞運會中獲得銅牌,成就不凡,近年來,因協會推展不力,而有日趨沒落的危機,事實上,手球運動符合人類全面性體能的發展,並具有國際競爭力,值得大力推展,本書盼能提供教練、選手和體育教師在訓練或教學上之參考,並為我國手球運動的推展略盡棉薄的貢獻。
  On both theories and practice, this report synthesizes the previous concerned studies and the author''''''''s long-period experience of handball training in order to build up new ideas for training and studying. Following the process of internationalizing and promoting competing skills on handball sport, handball training is stepping to a more scientific and positive way. A coach should concentrate on learning specific new knowledge and studying methods, then efficiently to promote skill standard and international competing ability will be possible.
  This report has seven chapters. The main points for each chapter are as followed:
  Chapter 1 is general introduction to the origin of handball, its developing situations and trends. It contains the traits for handball activities and proposes a new vision for handball promotion of our nation.
  Chapter 2 is the physical composition for handball players and the training methods to enhance players'''''''' physical ability. In this chapter the author analyzes players'''''''' body types and their physical compositions. In addition, a good handball player''''''''s ideal physical condition is also discussed through practical tests and evaluation.
  Chapter 3 is the skill analysis and the training methods. The author divides a player''''''''s basic skill into three parts. The frist one is basic steps and single-hand holding skill. The second one is attacking. It contains controlling, passing and catching, and shooting. The third one is defense.
  Chapter 4 is the tactic study and the training method. It has two parts: attacking and defense. There are basic tactics and team structures discussed.
  Chapter 5 is about mental training and guidance to a handball player. It says the importance of mental training for handball players and the contents for the training.
  Chapter 6 talks about plan writing and the main points for carrying out the plan. Nowadays the traditional ways of training has been replaced by the scientific ways. Writing a training plan has to think about international contests'''''''' needs.
  Chapter 7 discusses team management. It contains how to choose a good player and his/her health management.
  The handball sport has been developing in our nation for more 20 years. There was a brilliant period. In 1990 our women''''''''s team won a bronze medal at the Asian Games. However, it is getting down in these recent years. In fact, handball sport accords with a human being''''''''s total physical ability development. It also owns international competing potential. It deserves promoting. I hope this study could provide handball coaches, players and teachers with some references for training or teaching.
