本試驗之目的,在建立山羊在不同生理階段之基本血液生化值範圍,並比較其差異性。
本研究分成四個試驗,共使用仔羊(公、母合計)23頭、泌乳母羊17頭及懷孕母羊10頭。試驗一:仔羊自出生至出生後120小時階段-在仔羊出生後之第0、6、12、18、24、36、48、72、96、120小時分別採集血樣一次;試驗二:仔羊1~13週齡階段-每週定時採集血樣一次,直至13週齡離乳為止;試驗三:母羊自超音波檢查確定懷孕後,每二週採集血樣一次,直至分娩為止;試驗四:母羊自產前一週至分娩後21週,每週採集血樣一次。採集之血樣進行多項血液成分之分析,並以電泳方法進行血清蛋白質之分離與定量。試驗結果顯示:(一)體增重方面:仔羊出生時之平均體重為3.19公斤,至28週齡時之平均體重則為25.64公斤,而每週平均增重為0.80公斤。(二)血液成分方面:仔羊自出生至出生後120小時階段、仔羊1~13週齡階段、母羊懷孕階段及母羊泌乳階段之血球容積比分別為24.5~42.3 %、27.7~32.53 %、24.5~30.1 %及24.5~30.82 %;血紅素濃度分別為8.98~12.49 g/dl、9.56~12.06 g/dl、8.60~11.0 g/dl及8.48~11.23 g/dl;血漿葡萄糖濃度分別為38.62~151.73 mg/dl、63.81~94.62 mg/dl、52.93~ 67.89 mg/dl及42.57~68.60 mg/dl;血清酸鹼值分別為7.61~7.80、7.59~7.75、7.60~7.91及7.60~7.72;血清總蛋白質濃度分別為5.34~7.22 g/dl、6.39~7.72 g/dl、8.0~9.22 g/dl及7.61~9.10g/dl;血清總脂質濃度分別為1.03~3.36 g/l、1.71~3.63 g/l、1.31~2.20 g/l及1.72~2.81 g/l;血清總膽固醇濃度分別為30.47~113.4 mg/dl、63.21~141.1 mg/dl、70.5~97.8 mg/dl及73.16~127.2 mg/dl;血清三酸甘油酯濃度分別為32.27~113.02 mg/dl、25.39~39.88 mg/dl、17.36~34.25 mg/dl及19.22~40.76 mg/dl;血清乳酸去氫活性分別為441.3 ~620 U/l、335.8~574.0 U/l、393.1~516.2 U/l及334.1~652.4 U/l;血清肌酸激活性分別為15.45~106.4 U/l、21.61~58.10 U/l、16.69~39.08 U/l及16.28~40.52 U/l;血清離子鈣濃度分別為1.13~1.36 mmol/l、1.23~1.41 mmol/l、1.07~1.23 mmol/l及1.02~1.35 mmol/l。血清鈉離子濃度則分別為143.4~146.9 mmol/l、143~147 mmol/l、144~148 mmol/l及143.2~149.5 mmol/l;血清鉀離子濃度分別為4.39~5.19 mmol/l、5.50~6.11 mmol/l、4.25~5.0 mmol/l及4.26~5.26 mmol/l;血清氯離子濃度分別為101.8~108.6 mmol/l、107~109.6 mmol/l、108.8~111.4 mmol/l及104.4~111.7 mmol/l。(三)血清蛋白質之電泳分離及定量:羊隻之血清蛋白質經電泳後可分成白蛋白、α1-球蛋白、α2-球蛋白、β球蛋白與γ球蛋白等5部分。
The purpose of this study was conducted to establish the normal hematological constituents values in goat kids, pregnant and lactating does. The study was divided into four trials, and twenty-three goat kids, seventeen lactating and ten pregnant does were used in this experiment. In trail 1, blood samples were collected at 0,6,12,18,24,36,48,72,96 and 120 hours in goat kids after birth. In trail 2, body weight were recorded and blood sample were collected weekly at 1~13 weeks of age in goat kids. In trail 3, blood sample were collected weekly from one week prekidding to 21 weeks postkidding in lactating does. In trail 4, blood samples were collected at intervals of two weeks after pregnancy diagnosis by ultrasounl beam in pregnant does.
The packed cell volume, whole blood hemoglobin cnecentration, and serum pH, total protein, total lipid, triglyceride, sodium, potassium, chloride, Ionized calcium concentrations, and the activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in blood samples were determined. Serum protein were separated and quantified by agarose electrophoresis. The result showed :(1)Birth weight and body weight gain:The average birth weight of goat kids was 3.19 ± 0.2 kg 。The body weight at 28 weeks of age in goat kids was 25.64 ± 1.96 kg, and the average body weight gain was 0.8 kg from birth to 28 weeks of age.(2) Blood constituents:The packed cell volume of goat kids from birth to 120 hours and 1~13 weeks of age were 24.5~42.3 % and 27.7~32.53 % respectively, and those of lactating and pregnant does were 24.5~30.82 % and 24.5~30.1 %, respectively;the hemoglobin concentrations were 8.98 ~ 12.49 g/dl , 9.56~12.06 g/dl , 8.48~11.23 g/dl and 8.60~11.0 g/dl , accordingly;the plasma glucose concentrations were 38.62~151.73 mg/dl , 63.81~94.62 mg/dl , 42.57~68.60 mg/dl and 52.93~ 67.89 mg/dl , accordingly;the serum pH were 7.61~7.80 , 7.59~7.75 , 7.60~7.72 and 7.60~7.91, accordingly;the serum total protein concentrations were 5.34~7.22 g/dl, 6.39~7.72 g/dl, 7.61~9.10 g/dl and 8.0~9.22 g/dl , accordingly;the serum total lipid concentrations were 1.03~3.36 g/l , 1.71~3.63 g/l, 1.72~2.81 g/l and 1.31~2.20 g/l, accordingly;the serum total cholesterol concentrations were 30.47~113.4 mg/dl, 63.21~141.1 mg/dl, 73.16~127.2 mg/dl and 70.5~97.8 mg/dl , accordingly;the serum triglyceride concentrations were 32.27~113.02 mg/dl, 25.39~39.88 mg/dl , 19.22~40.76 mg/dl and 17.36~34.25 mg/dl, accordingly;the serum lactate dehydrogenase activities were 441.3 ~620 U/l, 335.8~ 574.0 U/l , 334.1~652.4 U/l and 393.1~516.2 U/l , accordingly;the serum creatine kinase activities were 15.45~106.4 U/l, 21.61~58.10 U/l, 16.28~40.52 U/l and 16.69~39.08 U/l, accordingly;the serum ionized calcium concentrations were 1.13~1.36 mmol/l, 1.23~1.41 mmol/l, 1.02 ~1.35 mmol/l and 1.07~1.23 mmol/l, accordingly;the serum sodium concentrations were 143.4~146.9 mmol/l, 143~147 mmol/l, 143.2~149.5 mmol/l and 144~148 mmol/l, accordingly;the serum potassium concentrations were 4.39~5.19 mmol/l, 5.50~6.11 mmol/l, 4.26~5.26 mmol/l and 4.25~5.0 mmol/l, accordingly;the serum chloride concentrations were 101.8~108.6 mmol/l, 107~109.6 mmol/l, 104.4~111.7 mmol/l and 108.8~111.4 mmol/l, accordingly。(3)The serum proteins were separated into albumin 、α1-globulin、α2-globulin、β- globulin and γ- globulin fractions with electrophoretic technique.
