Abstract
In recent years, because the mobile communication system was well developed, a large number of scholars participated in the researches of ceramic dielectric resonators, and took advantage of ceramic dielectric materials with high dielectric constant and with low loss to produce the devices, then we could reduce the volume and weight of resonator in a large margin to lower the cost of whole the system efficiently.
This study took Zn1-xMxNb2O6 to be major composition, added various oxide separately, and set M to be Ni, Cu, Mn, Fe, Na. Tested dielectric properties of each kinds of system, and by the degree of densification and the measurements of X-Ray etc, to found the effect of every kinds of added oxide on Zn1-xMxNb2O6. Illustrated the relationship of dielectric properties with temperature and x containing variation in the unchanged main structure.
