本研究主要目的在探討宜蘭縣班級導師使用班級電腦的概況及使用班級電腦實施資訊融入教學的困難因素看法，並分析不同背景變項之宜蘭縣國民小學班級導師使用班級電腦的現況及使用班級電腦實施資訊融入教學困難因素看法之間的差異。
本研究透過相關文獻分析，建構本研究之理論基礎及研究架構，而後藉由研究者自編之調查問卷針對宜蘭縣國民小學班級導師實施問卷調查，總計共發出問卷510份，回收411份，扣除無效問卷7份，計有效問卷數為79.2%，而有效樣本數佔母群體比率約為30％。
研究結果顯示，宜蘭縣班級導師最常將班級電腦運用在「備課及處理級務」上，其次是「教學使用」，最後才是「處理個人事務」。而宜蘭縣班級導師在使用班級電腦實施資訊融入教學時，最滿意的是「教學便利性」，其次是「教師資訊素養」，而認為最有待加強的是「周邊硬體設備」及「時間」兩個層面。
若以不同背景變項來看，本研究結果顯示出年齡較低之班級導師對於時間層面和教學便利性均抱持著較正面的看法，且在「處理個人事務」層面有較高的使用頻率。
不同性別的班級導師在困難因素的看法上沒有顯著差異，而女性班級導師運用班級電腦在「備課及處理級務」層面的頻率高於男性班級導師。
具備研究所學歷之班級導師的資訊素養高於師範院校畢業之班級導師，且在資訊融入教學時，認為學校所提供的行政支援是比較不滿意的。但其運用班級電腦於教學使用層面的情況與具備大學學歷(師範院校、師資班)之班級導師沒有差異。
年資較淺之班級導師資訊素養高於年資較高之班級導師，且較常將班級電腦使用於備課及處理級務層面上。
有兼任行政工作之班級導師在班級電腦設備上的看法較未兼任行政工作之班級導師滿意，且將班級電腦運用在教學使用與備課及處理級務層面上的頻率高於未兼任行政工作之班級導師。


任教低年級之班級導師相較於任教高年級之班級導師認為自己的資訊素養是比較不足的，而在班級電腦的使用上，任教低年級的班級導師將班級電腦使用於教學層面的頻率低於任教高年級的班級導師。
任教於學校規模愈大之班級導師，認為在行政支援上是較滿意的，但在時間及班級電腦周邊硬體設備上的配合這兩個層面是顯示出較不滿意的情形，且將班級電腦使用於教學層面的頻率是低於小學校之班級導師。

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the use of classroom computers and the difficulties faced by homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools when attempting to integrate information technology into their teaching. This research also analyze the differences in the use of classroom computers and difficulties faced among different backgrounds of homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools.
The theoretical basis and construction of research were made by means of analyzing related literatures. A questionnaire survey was implemented to the homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools. A total of 510 questionnaires were delivered and 411 copies were returned, including 7 invalid ones. The percentage of valid questionnaire was 79.2%; the percentage of effective samples was about 30% of the population of the homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools.
The results of the research showed that the homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools used the classroom computers in "preparing for lessons and executing class affairs" most often, followed by "use for teaching ". The last was "handling personal affairs".
When the homeroom teachers in Yilan elementary schools used the classroom computer, the most satisfying domain was "the convenience of teaching", followed by "the teacher’s information literacy"; and the domains needed to be improved the most were "peripheral hardware equipments" and "time issues".
As for analyses from the different backgrounds, the conclusion showed that the younger teachers held a comparatively positive view regarding “time issues” and "the convenience of teaching", and they also had higher frequency of use in " handling personal affairs ".
There was no obvious difference in difficulties faced between the genders of the homeroom teachers. However, there was a gender difference in homeroom computer use. Female homeroom teachers had a higher frequency of using the classroom computer to " prepare for lessons and execute class affairs " than male ones.
The homeroom teachers with a master degree had better information literacy than those graduated from teacher colleges, and they were comparatively unsatisfied with the administrative support when integrating information technology into instruction. However, there was no significant difference between homeroom teachers who graduated from graduate schools and those graduated from universities in the “use for teaching”.
Homeroom teachers with less teaching seniority had higher information literacy than the ones with more teaching seniority, and they used the classroom computer in “preparing lessons and processing class affairs” more often.
Homeroom teachers with additional administrative work were more satisfied in “classroom computer equipments”, and used the classroom computer in the “use for teaching” and “preparing for lessons and executing class affairs” more often than those without any administrative work.
The homeroom teachers teaching in the 1st and 2nd grade considered that their information literacy was comparatively insufficient than those teaching in the 5th and 6th grade; and the frequency of integrating information technology into teaching was also lower for the homeroom teachers in lower grades than those in higher grades.
The homeroom teachers teaching in larger schools were more satisfied with the “administrative support” than those in the smaller schools, while they were comparatively unsatisfied with the “ time issues” and the “ peripheral hardware equipments”. In addition, the frequency of classroom computer’s “use for teaching ” was lower for homeroom teachers in larger schools than those in smaller schools.
