本研究主要是探討以「Web2.0概念」所設計的教學網站，對於輔助國小社會科鄉土教學的成效。將電子地圖融入人文資訊和地理資訊，形成Web GIS網頁當作教材，以Wiki學習模組和Blog學習模組當作學習知識和分享知識的社會性軟體媒介，並用Mashup方式整合Web GIS、Wiki、Blog，建立符合Web2.0概念的數位學習系統，目的是讓學生簡單易學，更容易融入學習情境之中；教師也可輕易開發學習系統，經由簡單網頁設計達到最佳教學成效。

藉由社會性軟體Wiki和Blog來進行知識社群的協作學習，每位同學都要參與，從學習成就測驗來看，協作學習比個人學習來得有明顯成效，其中同質分組的中分群體和異質分組的低分群體，學習進步最為顯著。而高分群體同學也可以藉由此平台自行深度學習，發展個人的專業知識。從問卷調查中發現，主題式的Web GIS學習導覽地圖，學生的接受度高，而且也覺得很容易學習。

研究結果顯示，Web2.0運用在e-Learning上可達到下列效果：
1.「Web2.0概念融入學習」的教學網站可以有效做為學生建立社會溝通的媒介。
2.「Web2.0概念融入學習」的教學網站非常適合做為學生專業知識發展的學習環境。
3.「Web2.0概念融入學習」的教學網站可以同時做為學生個人學習與合作發展的分享平台。

The subject of the research is the design of educational websites based on the concept of Web 2.0, and the research attempts to determine the effects of such websites on facilitating the learning of local cultures at the elementary school level. Information introducing humanities and geographic conditions are added to electronic maps, and the result, a Web GIS website, is used as teaching material. Social software, such as Wiki and Blog learning modules, are used as platforms to obtain and share knowledge. Web GIS, Wiki and Blog are integrated by Mashup to create a digital learning system that is compatible with the concept of Web 2.0. The purpose of such system is to help students learn more easily, and to help them to enter the learning environment. Teachers can easily develop their own learning systems to achieve maximum learning effect with simple webpage designs.
It is expected that students can learn collaboratively in knowledge communities by using social software, such as Wiki and Blog. All of the students were required to participate in the program. Judging from the academic performances, collaborative learning is more effective than individual learning. The students were divided into a homogenous group and heterogeneous group. The students with average scores in the homogenous group and the students with the poorest scores in the heterogeneous group made the most apparent achievements. The students with higher scores can learn spontaneously in greater depth with the platform and develop their expertise. It was found from questionnaires that the theme-based Web GIS learning map is the most acceptable for students, and that students learn easily with the use of maps.
Research shows that when Web 2.0 is applied to e-learning, the following results can be achieved:
1.The educational websites that integrate the concept of Web 2.0 provide effective channels for students to build their social networks.
2.These educational websites are appropriate environments for students to develop their expertise.
3.These educational websites function as sharing platforms that help students with individual learning and collaborative development.
