本研究以社會交換理論來探討轉化型領導與組織公民行為之間的關聯性,並以領導者與部屬交換關係和同事間交換關係做為中介變項。本研究採用問卷調查法,以公、民營組織做為研究對象,透過主管與部屬配對方式取樣,獲得有效問卷216組,回收率為91%。研究結果顯示,轉化型領導對組織公民行為有正向的影響;而兩者之間的關係也會受到LMX與TMX的中介效果影響。針對上述發現,本研究在結論中也對公、民營組織提出實務意涵與後續研究建議。
This study, based on social exchange theory and taking leader-member exchange (LMX) and team-member exchange (TMX) as mediators, explores the correlation between transformational leadership (TL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study, via questionnaire survey and collecting data from dyadic supervisor-subordinate samples of public and private organizations, acquired 216 usable surveys, for a response rate of 91%. The study result indicates that transformational leadership has positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, and the TL-OCB relationship is influenced by the mediating effect of LMX and TMX. This study also provides implications for public and private organizations, and suggestions for future research.
