本研究以路徑目標理論探討轉化型領導和部屬性格交互作用效果與組織公民行為之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,透過主管與部屬的配對方式取得,有效樣本數為221,回收率為82%。結果發現轉化型領導和部屬性格對組織公民行為皆具有影響,且轉化型領導和神經質性格部屬的交互作用會影響組織公民行為。最後,針對研究結果提出管理意涵與建議。
This study is based on the path –goal theory, and takes transformational leadership and employees’ personality as interaction effect to discuss the associations of organizational performance behavior(OCB).Based on questionnaires collected from direct managers and who’s employees, this study obtained 221 validly samples and the response rate is 82% .The results indicates that transformational leadership and employees’ personality both have significantly effect on organizational performance behavior ;and the interaction effect of transformational leadership and employees’ personality have significantly effect on organizational performance behavior. Finally, base on the result, some implications and suggestions for future research.
