本研究主要以價值導向式理論來探討轉化型領導、企業社會責任價值觀一致性與組織公民行為之關聯性,並且以企業社會責任價值觀一致性作為轉化型領導與組織公民行為之間的中介變項。本研究採問卷調查法,透過主管與部屬的配對方式取樣,共計發出配對問卷215 份,回收185份,回收率為 86.05%,剔除資料填寫不完整、無法配對完成以及異常問卷者,實際之問卷為 165 份。結果發現,轉化型領導對於企業社會責任價值觀一致性具有正向影響,以及企業社會責任價值觀一致性對於組織公民行為也具有正向影響,並且轉化型領導與組織公民行為之間的關係,會受到主管與部屬之企業社會責任價值觀一致性的中介效果影響。針對上述結果,本研究提出管理意涵與後續研究之建議。
This study is based on value-based leadership theory to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and corporate social responsibility value congruence and organizational citizenship behavior, and view corporate social responsibility value congruence as the mediating effect between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees. A total of 185 of 215 samples, and the response rate is 86.05%. This study obtained 165 validly samples. The results indicates that transformational leadership have significantly positive effects on corporate social responsibility value congruence, and corporate social responsibility value congruence have significantly positive effects on organizational citizenship. The relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship mediated through corporate social responsibility value congruence. Based on the result, some implications and suggestions for the academic fields and practical managers are offered for the future research.
