本研究主要探討組織間不同的依賴關係與環境易變之管理,並採用質性之個案研究,以製造業採購單位的採購案作為本研究分析衡量單位,並訪談四家製造業公司,共十個採購案例進行歸納和分析。
本研究有別於過去學者探討組織間依賴管理的相關研究,本研究以資源重要性、資源替代性以及資源裁量權三個構面來衡量組織間依賴,並細緻的探討採購方如何管理組織間依賴及環境不確定下的採購決策。
本研究結果如下:(1)當環境易變性高時,採購方平時會採用預測機制整合採購決策。(2)當供應方的資源對採購方的重要性低,採購方平時會採用市場機制整合採購決策。(3)當供應方的資源對採購方重要性高,採購方平時會和該供應商培養關係整合採購決策。(4)當供應方的資源重要性高,且受到環境易變性高的影響,採購方除和該供應商協調外,會主動尋找其他暫時可替代的方案整合採購決策。(5)當供應方的資源替代性越高,採購方平時會以市場機制整合採購決策並和可替代的供應商培養關係。(6)當供應方對資源裁量權高,且受到易變性高影響時,採購方會派高階主管與供應方整合採購決策。
Abstract
This study mainly aims to discuss inter-organizational relationship in dependence and environmental variability. We adopts case study and interviews for manufacturing companies about purchasing cases.
The study uses three resources importance dimensions to measure inter-organizational dependence. The findings of this research are above. (1) The buyers will forecast stocks in usual if environment variability is higher. (2)When the resources form suppliers are less important for buyers, buyers will purchase resources in market. (3) If the resources from suppliers are important for buyers, buyers will maintain the relationship with suppliers. (4) When the environment is variable and the resources from supplier are is important for buyers, the buyers will coordinate with suppliers and ready alternatives. (5) The buyers will purchase resources in market if the resources from the suppliers are substitute. (6) The high-level managers from buyers will coordinate with suppliers when the environment is variable and the suppliers mainly make the decision of resources arrangement.
