近年來因企業人員管理、工廠環境污染、有害產品的輸出與國際財務貪瀆等事件,從短時間內整個產業生態的改變中,這些期待被解決的問題,著實成為一堂寶貴的課,企業重視的不再只是獲利至上,顯現企業社會責任議題在實務上需要更深層的存在意義。

本研究論點乃以部屬知覺的角度,探討主管之企業社會責任價值觀、同事間交換關係與組織公民行為的關聯性,並以同事間交換關係探討其中介效果,並針對此模型加以驗證。本研究採用問卷調查法,發放對象以製造業、服務業與零售業為主,共得到可用樣本285份。資料分析方法主要採用階層迴歸模型來驗證各項假設。得到研究結論如下:

1、部屬知覺主管之企業社會責任價值觀對組織公民行為具有顯著的正向影響。
2、部屬知覺主管之企業社會責任價值觀對同事間交換關係具有顯著的正向影響。
3、同事間交換關係對組織公民行為具有顯著正向影響
4、部屬知覺主管之企業社會責任價值觀會透過同事間交換關係,對員工的組織公民行為有顯著的正向影響。
針對此結果,本研究提出建議,供企業與組織及未來相關研究之參考。
Due to the management, pernicious exportation, corruption and malfeasance of international finance…etc. recently; whole business ecology is expecting to be changed. High Margin is not the first priority to enterprise but the social conscience should be emphasized in practice significantly.

The main purposes of this study probed the mediating role of Team-member Exchange between subordinates and the values of chiefs’ social conscience for enterprise and organizational behavior. The empirical research is analyzed via 258 valid questionnaires that based on the object of employees of manufacturing, services and retail trade. Hierarchical regression with SPSS analysis proves the different hypothesis for the following conclusion.

1.Subordinates perceived Supervisors values of Corporate Social Responsibility has positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior.
2.Subordinates perceived Supervisors values of Corporate Social Responsibility has positive effects on Team-member Exchange.
3.Team-member Exchange has positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior.
4.Team-member Exchange is a mediating factor between Supervisors values of Corporate Social Responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior.
