本研究旨在探討Podcast應用在閱讀教學活動，對國小四年級學生閱讀動機與閱讀行為的影響，了解國小四年級學生在接受Podcast應用在閱讀教學活動後的看法，並根據研究結果提供具體建議，提供國小教師日後進行閱讀教學之參考。
本研究採準實驗研究法，以兩班國小四年級學生為研究對象，一班實驗組學生，一班控制組學生，二班學生各由該班導師採用該校深耕閱讀課程的學年共同閱讀教材，與每週一次學校圖書館自由閱讀時間進行一般閱讀教學；實驗組學生除進行一般閱讀教學外，並進行為期六週的Podcast融入閱讀教學活動。在教學前後，以「閱讀動機問卷」與「閱讀行為問卷」對研究對象實施前、後測，並統計圖書館借閱紀錄；再根據實驗組學生回饋、與前後測結果改變最多與改變最少的進行焦點團體訪談，以比較不同組別學生閱讀動機與閱讀行為的差異情形。
本研究主要發現如下：
一、Podcast融入閱讀教學對於學生的閱讀動機有正向的影響。
二、Podcast融入閱讀教學對於學生的閱讀行為有著顯著正向的影響。
三、Podcast節目的呈現會影響學生閱讀動機與行為。
四、Podcast融入閱讀教學能引發學生好奇心，並讓學生主動想要閱讀。
五、透過閱讀Podcast的介紹，學生使用圖書館頻率增加。
六、Podcast融入閱讀教學能促進學生對閱讀課的喜愛，並有正向的肯定。
最後，根據研究結果，提出對國小教師及未來研究的建議。

The purpose of this research is to explore out how the educational use of podcast for reading instruction affects fourth grade elementary school students’ reading motivation and behavior.
This study adopted the quasi-experimental method with subjects from the fourth grade classes of an elementary school in Taipei City. A total of sixty-one students were participated, who were divided into two groups, the Control Group (thirty-two students), and the Experiment Group (twenty-nine students). In the Control Group, the students participated a reading program designed by school. In the Experiment Group, the students participated a podcast reading program. Both of the programs were practiced forty minutes every morning, two days a week, for consecutive six weeks.
　In order to realize the changes of students’ reading motivation and reading behavior, the “Reading Motivation Questionnaire” and “Reading Behavior Questionnaire” were conducted by the experimental and control groups before and after instruction. One-way Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyze the data, with the pre-test used as a covariate to test the hypotheses. The number of book the students borrow are to reveal the change of the students’ reading behavior. Besides, sixteen students, who changed the least and the most on reading motivation and reading behavior, were selected for focus group interview. The purpose of the focus group interview is to further explore the reasons why there are differences between the students who change the least and the students who change the most on the two variables. The results indicated as follows:
1. The podcast reading program can enhance the fourth graders’ reading motivation.
2. The Podcast reading program positively affects the fourth graders’ reading behavior.
3. The presentation of video Podcast affects the fourth graders’ reading motivation and behavior.
4. The Podcast reading program can cause students’ curiosity about books and motive to read.
5. The students’ use frequency of library increases through the introduction of reading Podcasts.
6. The Podcast reading program does result in a positive change and increases students’ loving of reading program.
