本研究探討基層員警之職家互涉、核心自我評價與工作績效之關係,以職家互涉為自變項,並確認核心自我評價在職家互涉與工作績效間具有中介效果。

以台灣基層員警為實證研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,共計發放358份問卷,其中有效問卷回收率為89.1%,資料分別以信度、因素分析及相關、迴歸等分析方法進行分析研究,經實證結果發現:

ㄧ、核心自我評價與工作績效具有正向關係。
二、「職家衝突」與核心自我評價具有負向關係,而「職家促進」與核心自我評
價具有正向關係、
三、「職家衝突」與工作績效具有負向關係,而「職家促進」與工作績效具有正
向關係。
四、核心自我評價在職家衝突與工作績效之間具有完全中介效果。
五、核心自我評價在職家促進與工作績效之間具有部分中介的效果。
This study investigates the relationship basic-level policemen’s work-family interface,
Core self-evaluation and work performance . Work-family interface as independent variable, and confirmed that the core self- evaluation between the relationship work-family interface and work performance has mediating effecct.
Take basic-level policemen in Taiwan as the empirical study object, uses the questionnaire survey and 358 were collected, and completive response rate was 89.1%. The analysis methods included Reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and aggression .The finding as following conclusions:

1. There is positive relationship between core self-evaluation and work performance.
2. There is negative relationship between work-family conflict and core self-evaluation, and positive relationship between work-family facilitation and core self-evaluation.
3. There is negative relationship between work-family conflict and work performance, and positive relationship between work-family facilitation and work performance.
4. core self-evaluation has completely mediating effect between work-family conflict and work performance.
5. core self-evaluation has partial mediating effect between work-family facilitation and work performance.
