企業為維持組織績效與永續發展,莫不致力於追求最有綜效的訓練方案,以提高組織及成員的競爭力與生產力。當企業投入許多的資源辦理教育訓練活動,期待的是員工能否將訓練中所學,實際的運用表現在工作行為上,並且能夠持續。因此,本研究以訓練遷移動機為中介變項,探討工作投入、主管/同事支持、自我效能對訓練遷移的影響。研究結果如下:
一、 工作投入對訓練遷移動機有顯著正向影響
二、 主管/同事支持對訓練遷移動機有顯著正向影響
三、 自我效能對訓練遷移動機有顯著正向影響

Enterprise is committed to the pursuit of the best synergy of training programs in order to maintain organization performance and sustainable development. In addition, to improve the competitiveness and productivity of organization and its’ members. As companies invest more resources in training activities, they expect that the employees can consistently apply what they have learned in training back to their work behaviors. Therefore, this study proposes training transfer motivation to be a mediating variable in the relationship of job involvement, coworker/supervisor support, self-efficacy on the impact of training transfer. The empirical results of this study are:
1.Job involvement has significant positive effect on motivation to transfer.
2.Coworker/supervisor support has significant positive effect on motivation to transfer.
3.Self-efficacy has significant positive effect on motivation to transfer.
4.Job involvement has significant positive effect on transfer of training.
5.Coworker/supervisor support has significant positive effect on transfer of training.
6.Self-efficacy has significant positive effect on transfer of training.
7.Motivation to transfer has significant positive effect on transfer of training.
8.Motivation to transfer has a mediating effect on the relationship between job involvement and training transfer.
9.Motivation to transfer has a mediating effect on the relationship between coworker/ supervisor support and training transfer.
10.Motivation to transfer has a mediating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and training transfer.
