本研究主要探討性角色與工作績效之關聯性,並以心理資本為調節變項,探討其調節效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,以國軍幹部為研究對象,透過主管與部屬的配對方式取樣,共得完整且有效問卷258套,回收率為86.57%。
本研究之主要發現與結論敘述如下:
一、陽剛特質者對工作績效未具有顯著的正向影響,然陰柔特質者對工作績效具顯著的正向影響。
二、心理資本對工作績效具有顯著的正向影響。
三、性別角色與工作績效的關係中,心理資本不具調節效果。
This study discussed the relationships among sex role, job performance and psychological capital, and explored the moderating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between sex role and job performance. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 258 valid dyadic samples from military academies, and the response rate was 86.57%.
The main findings of this research were as following:
1.Feminine had a significantly positive effect on job performance, but masculine didn't.
2.Psychological capital had a significantly positive impact on the job performance.
3.Psychological capital didn’t have a moderating effect on the relationship between sex role and job performance.
