本研究主要探討互動公正、組織公民行為與成就動機之間的關係,以成就動機為調節變項,探討互動公正對組織公民行為之影響。本研究以政府機關的員工為對象採用配對方式施測,以便利抽樣為調查方式蒐集資料共發出300份問卷回收有效問卷為246份。本研究經實證結果發現如下:
1.互動公正對組織公民行為有正向影響。
2.個我取向成就動機對組織公民行為正向影響;社會取向成就動機對組織公民行為有負向影響。
3.個我取向成就動機會減弱互動公正對組織公民行為的影響。
基於以上結論,本研究分別就理論面與實務面提出相關建議。
In this study, we investigate the relationships among interactional justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and achievement motivation. We use achievement motivation as a moderator variable to examine the influence of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Government agency employees are examined in this study. We adopted pairing methods for measurement and employed a convenience sampling approach as our investigation method to obtain data. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, with 246 valid questionnaires recovered. The empirical results of this study are as follows:
1.Interactional justice positively influences organizational citizenship behavior.
2.Individual-oriented achievement motivation positively influences organizational citizenship behavior. Social-oriented achievement motivation negatively influences organizational citizenship behavior.
3.Individual-oriented achievement motivation weakens the influence of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
We also provide theoretical and practical recommendations based on these conclusions.
