我國全民健保的普及化,使民眾的就醫率大幅提升,病患接受最多的治療方式為藥物治療,所以用藥疏失最值得探討。在我國的用藥疏失發生事件中,配藥錯誤占了主要原因,而造成配藥錯誤的主要原因是由於藥名或包裝類似造成,其次是劑量錯誤。配藥師憑著經驗法則配藥、確認藥物,沒確實落實三讀五對都是造成調劑疏失用藥錯誤的原因,在長時間高壓力的環境中難免會發生錯誤。
在目前RFID的智慧型藥櫃中,讀取時間過長是很大的問題,因為它要每一格藥櫃逐一輪詢讀取,當藥櫃格的數量增多時,會造成等待讀取時間過長,而使配藥的作業時間拉長,影響藥櫃的實用性。本研究採用RFID無線辨識系統藥櫃輔助藥劑師,在每個不同的藥罐上貼上被動式的電子標籤,並在每一個藥格中加裝紅外線感測器縮短掃描時間,當藥劑師有拿錯藥罐的情形發生時,系統會自動發出警訊告知;當藥罐不是放在正確藥櫃裡時,系統會顯示錯誤的燈號告知藥劑師,完成雙重驗證的目的以降低用藥疏失並提升配藥效率及正確性。即時性RFID智慧型藥櫃將天線輪詢狀態轉變成兩根天線的情形,回傳的時間相對減少,以達到即時感應的目的。


The prevalence of a universal National Health Insurance in Taiwan, have increased in people's medical treatment. Most patients received treatment for drug therapy, so the medication error is most worthy of examination. In Taiwan, most of medication errors are caused by dispensing errors. The main reason to cause dispensing errors is picking the wrong medicine which has similar medicine title or similar appearance. The second reason is the dose error. The pharmacists dispense and check medicine according to empirical rules. Besides, the other reason is that they do not follow the rules by “Three Checks and Five Rights” during the long time and high pressure work environment
At present all kinds of RFID intelligent medicine dispensing cabinets have a core problem about the prolonged reading time. If having many cabinets, it may spend more time to read. It was inconvenient to pharmacists. We use RFID system to help pharmacists reducing such error. Besides, we also build infrared sensor in the medicine cabinet to save reader's scanning time. If pharmacists take wrong bottle of medicine or put back the medicine bottle to a wrong place, the system alarms and shows error messages. The double check procedure can reduce medication dispensing errors and improve dispensing efficiency and accuracy. Besides, the sum of reading time of all antennas can turn to the case of two antennas. We have low reading time to reach the goal of real time RFID intelligent medicine dispensing cabinets.
