當今商業環境競爭激烈,市場需求變動快速,根據學者研究指出,技術商品化對於提升企業競爭力有重要幫助,企業技術商品化能力將影響企業存續。技術商品化是一項複雜的活動,也是一項系統工程。本研究目的在於幫助企業能夠順利推動技術商品化。首先,透過文獻探討瞭解技術商品化的意義、流程與相關影響因素,以文獻為基礎建立企業技術商品化管理能力評價指標體系;然後,運用決策實驗室分析法建立企業技術商品化管理能力評價系統結構模型;並利用DEMATEL-Based ANP方法求取準則影響權重值;最後採用折衷排序法為個案企業進行技術商品化管理能力之績效評估。本研究希望藉由探討各構面與準則之間的相互影響關係,提供一個清楚之思考脈絡給企業做為技術商品化相關決策的基礎,同時針對個案企業提出改善方案與建議措施。
Today’s business environment is highly competitive, and the speed of change in market demand is quickly. According to the research on technology commercialization, the scholars have pointed out that the technology commercialization can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and enterprise technology commercialization capabilities will affect the enterprise sustainability. Technology commercialization is not only a complex activity, but also system engineering. The purpose of this study is to help enterprises to successfully promote the technology commercialization. First, we create a framework of enterprise technology commercialization management capability from the literature review, and then we apply the DEMATEL method to establish a system structure model of enterprise technology commercialization management capability. Consequently, DANP method is applied to get criteria weight, and finally VIKOR method is used to evaluate the performance of technology commercialization management capability of an enterprise on the case study of this research. We wish this model can help enterprises to make good decision making and implementation of technology commercialization.
