本研究主要係在探討職涯導向、個人-工作適配與工作績效之關聯性,並探討個人-工作適配在職涯導向與工作績效關係中的中介角色。本研究以企業之基層員工及其直屬主管為研究對象,採用配對式問卷調查法,有效問卷共250組,有效問卷回收率為77%。本研究經實證結果發現:1.職涯導向對工作績效具有正向影響。2.職涯導向對個人-工作適配具有正向影響。3.職涯導向與工作績效間之關聯性,個人-工作適配具有中介效果。基於以上結論,本研究分別就理論面與實務面提出相關建議。
In this study, we examined the relationships among career orientation, person-job fit, and job performance to determine whether fit mediates the relationship between career orientation and job performance. The participants of the current study were primary corporate employees and their supervisor. We used a paired-type questionnaire, recovered 250 valid questionnaires, and attained a response rate of 77%. The following results were obtained: (a) career orientation was positively related to job performance; (b) career orientation was positively related to fit; and (c) person-job fit mediated the relation between career orientation and job performance. According to the results, we offer theoretical and practical suggestions.
