隨著科技的進步,帶動了全球化的發展,使企業間的競爭越演越烈,個人為了要提升自己的競爭力,而更加投入於工作中。這使得工作狂傾向隨著競爭環境之下逐漸產生,在學界、業界也受到更多的關注。本研究以跨層次的方式來探討組織文化、工作狂傾向及職場偏差行為三者之間的關係。以高科技及銀行業的部門為研究對象,採問卷調查法收集了80組有效團隊樣本資料,並以層級線性模型(HLM)驗證假設。本研究結果發現:
ㄧ、組織文化對工作狂傾向有顯著影響。
二、工作狂傾向對於職場偏差行為有顯著影響。
三、工作狂傾向在組織文化與職場偏差行為間,具有部分中介顯著效果。
With increasing advances in technology led to the development of globalization, thus enhance the drastic competition between businesses. Individuals are getting to more involve in the work to enhance their competitiveness. This makes more and more workaholism. This tendency attracts the attention both the academics and practice. Cross-level study was conducted to explore the relationships between organizational culture, workaholic and workplace deviance behavior. The business departments were as subjects in this study. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data. A total of 80 valid groups were returned. Hierarchical linear models (HLM) were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that:

1.Organizational culture has a significant association with
workaholism.
2.Workaholism has a significant association with workplace deviance
behavior.
3.Workaholism plays a significant partial mediator between
organizational culture and workplace deviance behavior
