近年來全球工作環境日益變遷,生涯管理行為不再單單的侷限從組織面的管理或被動地順著組織的規劃,有更多員工主動性的投入生涯自我管理,負起管理自身生涯的責任,積極了解並因應多變的職業生涯。擁有主動人格特質的員工期望在工作表現中受到肯定和成就感,從工作過程中獲得幸福感,而幸福感也是讓員工繼續保持工作的動力來源。因此,本研究目的主要探討員工主動人格特質對生涯管理行為影響之探討,以及員工主動人格特質對幸福感影響之探討。

本研究以企業的員工為主要研究對象,透過問卷調查法收集本研究所需之資料,共計發放435份問卷,回收有效問卷共372份,有效回收率為85%,經層級迴歸分析後,實證研究結果如下:
ㄧ、主動人格特質對員工生涯管理行為具有正向影響。
二、主動人格特質對網絡行為具有正向影響。
三、主動人格特質對獲取注意行為具有正向影響。
四、主動人格特質對流動導向行為具有正向影響。
五、主動人格特質對實際行動具有正向影響。
六、主動人格特質對幸福感具有正向影響。

For years, the global work environment change rapidly. Career management behavior is no longer restricted in management from organizations, but much more from employees’ initiatives to be responsible for self career management and be proactive to understand and respond to protean career. Employees with proactive personality expect to be recognized and to gain the sense of achievement from performance and well-being from career process. This well-being becomes the motivation to keep employees working.因此, Thus, the research aims to explore proactive personality’s influence on career management behavior and well-being of employees.

This research is based on questionnaire survey to collect data from enterprise employees as subjects. 372 valid questionnaires out of 435 sent-out ones were returned. The effective returned rate is 85%. Through hierarchical regression analysis, the empirical results of this study are as followed:

1. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on career management behavior of employees.
2. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on networking behavior.
3. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on visibility behavior.
4. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on mobility-oriented behavior.
5. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on practical activities.
6. Proactive personality has significant positive effect on well-being.
