本研究旨在探討在醫療機構中,安全文化於領導風格與安全績效間的關聯,以問卷作為資料收集的工具,針對個案醫院之一線醫護人員進行普查施測,一共回收274份有效問卷,研究結果發現:(1)交易型領導/轉換型領導對安全遵從與安全參與具正向預測效果。(2)交易型領導/轉換型領導對安全文化聚正向預測效果。(3)安全文化對安全遵從與安全參與具正向預測效果。(4)安全文化於交易型領導/轉換型領導對安全遵從與安全參與關係中具完全中介效果。最後亦說明本研究結果和研究限制,並提出未來可行的建議與管理實務意涵。
This study intends to investigate the relationships among leadership style, safety climate, and safety performance. The questionnaire survey was conducted with the dical staff. After conducting a survey of 274 valid employee samples from case of a regional teaching hospital .It found that (1) Transactional leadership and Transformational leadership had positive predictive effects both on safety compliance and safety participation; (2) Safety climate had positive predictive effects both on transactional leadership and transformational leadership;(3) Safety climate had positive predictive effects both on safety compliance and safety participation (4) Safety climate had a completely mediated effect on the relationship between transactional leadership , transformational leadership, safety compliance ,and safety participation. Finally, these results suggest theoretical implications and the direction of future researches.
