本研究主要是探討成就動機、領導者-部屬交換關係、團隊成員交換關係與組織公民行為之關聯性,並探討領導者-部屬交換關係與團隊成員交換關係在成就動機與組織公民行為關係中所扮演的調節角色。本研究以多種行業之主管與部屬為研究對象,採用配對取樣的問卷調查法,有效問卷共491組,有效問卷回收率為74.7%。本研究發現:1.成就動機對組織公民行為具有正向影響;2.領導者-部屬交換關係調節社會取向成就動機對組織公民行為之間的關係,而個我取向成就動機則不受影響;3.團隊成員交換關係對成就動機與組織公民行為的調節效果不成立。根據以上研究結果,本文最後針對未來研究與實務應用給予建議。
This study aimed to discuss the relationships among achievement motivation, leader-member exchange (LMX), team-member exchange (TMX), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and examined the moderator effect of LMX and TMX. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 491 valid dyadic samples from variety of industries, and the response rate was 74.7%. This study found that:
1.Achievement motivation was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
2.Leader-member exchange moderator the relationship between social-oriented achievement motivation and organizational citizenship behavior; however, Individual-oriented achievement motivation was unaffected.
3.Team-member exchange moderator the relationship between achievement motivation and organizational citizenship behavior was not established.
The article concluded with implications for future research and practical application.
