在現今競爭激烈的環境之下,越來越多的銀行會採取模仿策略,本研究欲瞭解哪些因素會影響銀行採取模仿。本研究旨在探討銀行金融服務商品無形性與作業因果模糊性對模仿之影響;再探討競爭環境對無形性與模仿產生的影響,以及吸收能力對因果模糊性與模仿產生的影響。本研究採用問卷調查,以銀行業為研究樣本,並以銀行各金融商品為分析單位,共發出850份問卷,有效回收為148份。經研究分析後,主要發現為無形性對模仿有正向影響,以及因果模糊性對模仿有負向影響,冀望能對銀行選擇模仿策略的實務上有所貢獻。
In today's competitive environment, there are more and more banks take imitation strategy. The topic of this research is what factors influence banks to choose imitation. This study aims to explore the relationship among intangibility, causal ambiguity and imitation, Then, the research talks about the competitive Intensity impact on intangibility and imitation, and absorptive capacity impact on causal ambiguity and imitation. The research's samples are banks in Taiwan, and investigated by questionnaires. We collected 148 valid samples. The findings in this study show that intangibility makes a positive impact on the imitation, and causal ambiguity makes a negative impact on the imitation. Futher, the management implications for banks in Taiwan are discussed.
