本研究主要探討轉換型領導、性別與組織公民行為之間的關係,以性別為調節變項,探討轉換型領導對組織公民行為之影響。本研究以學校之主管及員工為主要研究對象,以便利抽樣為調查方式蒐集資料。本研究經實證結果發現如下:
1.轉換型領導對組織公民行為有正向影響。
2.性別對組織公民行為的影響,女性會大於男性。
3.轉換型領導與組織公民行為之關聯性,在男、女性間有顯著之差異 ; 男性的影響大於女性。
基於以上結論,本研究分別就理論面與實務面提出相關建議。

The Influence of Transformation Leadership on Organizational
Citizenship Behaviors between Male and Female Employees

Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the relationships among transformation leadership, sex and organizational citizenship behaviors, and explored the moderating effect of sex on the relationship between transformation leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 214 valid dyadic samples from school’s staff. The results were as following:
1.Transformation leadership was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
2.The organizational citizenship behavior of female was higher than male.
3.The influence of Transformation leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors was negatively for female employees.

According to the results of the study, the researcher made some theoretical and practical suggestions.
