現今世界經濟的發展主要是仰賴知識的擴散以及應用,在此知識經濟的時代中,人才無疑是企業最寶貴的資源。
因此,員工的工作態度是企業發展的關鍵因素。企業主必須著力於建構一個可以使員工產生認同感以及工作敬業心的職場,促使員工提升其工作效率,並且願意全心的為企業奉獻專業。
本研究以全職工作者為研究對象,分析其組織價值契合度與職場關係品質對工作敬業心之影響,並進一步探討組織價值契合度透過職場關係品質而影響工作敬業心。
本研究採用問卷調查法,共發出420 份問卷,有效問卷396 份。研究結果發現:
一、價值契合度對工作敬業心具有顯著正向影響。
二、價值契合度對職場關係品質具有顯著正向影響。
三、職場關係品質對工作敬業心具有顯著正向影響。
四、職場關係品質對價值契合度與工作敬業心之關係具有顯著部分中介效果。
五、價值契合度、職場關係品質與工作敬業心會因人口變項之不同而有部分顯著差異。

Nowadays, the development of world economy is basically rely on knowledge spreading and application.
In this period of knowledge economy, the personnel is the most important treasure. For the reason the employees’ attitude is the key point of a company's development.
Employers have to focus on building an environment that can makes all the employee dedicated and recognized, then makes the employee be efficient and work hard for their companies.
This research is to analyze the effect of job engagement by the fit of person-organization values and workplace relationship quality.
Data were obtained from the employee who has full-time job. 396 are effective of 420 questionnaires. The result as follow:
1.The fit of person-organization values have positive effect to the job engagement.
2.The fit of person-organization values have positive effect to the workplace relationship quality.
3.The workplace relationship quality has positive effect to the job engagement.
4.The workplace relationship quality has positive effect to the fit of person-organization values and the job engagement on mediation.
5.According to the demographic variables, the fit of person-organization values, workplace relationship quality, and job engagement would have apparently difference.
