臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要為探討台灣地區102學年度公私立大學校院相對效率，採用資料包絡分析法，以總教師數、職員數、總校地面積、校舍總樓地板面積、學生宿舍床位數、圖書座位數及中英文圖書冊數為投入面項目，以總學生權數、科技部專題計劃核定金額及件數為產出面項目，經由資料包絡分析軟體數學運算模式以計算出每校之相對技術效率、純技術效率以及規模效率，得出那些學校具相對有效率及相對無效率，並探討學校屬性含公私立、類別、地區及校齡與效率值之間的關係。本研究以143所公私立大學校院為實證研究樣本，資料分別來自教育部統計處網站、科技部網站及各校網站收集研究資料，資料分別以資料包絡分析法及迴歸等方法進行分析。研究結果發現：台灣102學年度技術效率、純技術效率及規模效率均為100％的學校共有30所，邊緣無效率15所，明顯無效率為98所，被參考次數最多前5名全為技職學校；以學校類別分析，醫學類大學校院最佳，，其次為技職及一般類別，最差為師範體系；以地區而言，以北部學校最佳，其次為中部及南部，最差則為東部，以校齡而言，新設立或改制的學校其整體情形較不理想。綜合研究結果提出結論及建議以作為教育主管機關及學校經營管理者之參考。

In this study, to explore the 2013public and private colleges relative efficiency of the academic year in Taiwan, using data envelopment analysis, based on the total number of teachers, number of staff, with a total land area of the school, the total floor area of buildings, dormitory beds, book seats number and the number of copies of books in English into surface projects to the total number of student rights, the ministry thematic program approved amount and quantity of output side project, via data envelopment analysis software mathematical models to calculate the relative technical efficiency of each school, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, come to those schools with relatively efficient and relatively inefficient, and to explore the relationship between public and private schools including property,class,region and school age and efficiency values.
In this study, 143 public and private colleges and universities for the empirical study samples, data are from the Ministry of Education and Statistics Department website, the ministry's website and school websites to collect research data, data were analyzed by data envelopment analysis and regression analysis methods. The results showed:2013 Year Taiwan technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 100% of the total of 30 schools, 15 edges inefficient, ineffective obviously was 98, 5 being the highest number of former All reference to technology vocational schools; school class analysis, the best medical colleges category, followed by vocational and general categories, the worst is normal system; Geographically, the best schools in northern, central and southern followed the worst compared to the east, to school age, the school's newly established or restructured its overall less than ideal circumstances. Based on the findings conclusions and recommendations as a reference for education authorities and school managers are.
