本研究主要目的在探討心理契約與幸福感、組織公民行為的關係,幸福感在心理契約及組織公民行為之間的中介角色;另以職場靈性為調節變項,檢視職場靈性在心理契約及組織公民行為間之調節效果,本研究係以高雄市公立國民小學教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行資料收集,實際獲得有效問卷為577份,有效問卷回收率達94.6%,將資料進行假設驗證分析,研究結果顯示:心理契約與組織公民行為間有顯著的正向關係;心理契約與幸福感間有顯著的正向關係;幸福感與組織公民行為間有顯著的正向關係;幸福感在心理契約與組織公民行為之間具有部份中介效果;職場靈性在心理契約與組織公民行為之間具有部份調節效果。
The main purpose of this study is to discover the relationships among psychological contract, well-being and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the study explores the mediating role of well-being in the relationship between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, the study explores the moderating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior. Municipal elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city are chosen as the research object. Data collection proceeded by questionnaires. A total of 577 valid questionnaires and the valid response rate is about 94.6%. The data used to test hypotheses. The study results indicate that: positive relationship exists either between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior, psychological contract and well-being or well-being and organizational citizenship behavior. Well-being may take the mediating role between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior; also, workplace spirituality has partly moderating effect between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.
