  人才是企業最重要的資產。企業面對競爭的環境,隨著業務擴張對人才需求激增,人才流動也日漸加劇,企業為留住優秀的員工,期望透過新人教育訓練課程,除了可以提升工作能力外,更能提升工作敬業心及專業承諾也希望藉此降低員工的離職率。本研究主要探討企業施行新人教育訓練成效是否會透過員工的工作敬業心及專業承諾提高留職意願。
本研究以C銀行2014年度接受過新人通識訓練及專業訓練之新進櫃檯人員共計209人,與直屬主管進行配對問卷調查,有效問卷177份。研究結果發現:
1. 新進人員訓練成效與工作敬業心有顯著正向關係
2. 新進人員成效與專業承諾有顯著正向關係
3. 新進人員工作敬業心與留職意願顯著正向關係
4. 新進人員專業承諾與留職意願顯著正向關係
5. 訓練成效透過工作敬業心對留職意願產生正向影響
6. 訓練成效透過專業承諾對留職意願產生正向影響

 Talent is the most important asset. Business in such a highly competitive environment, with increasing demand for talent business expansion, the flow of talent has become more intensified, enterprises in order to retain good employees, hope that through the new hire education training courses, in addition to enhance the ability to work, more affirmation organizational culture and enhance professional commitment also want to reduce employee turnover rate. This research main discussion is companies implement the new hire education training effect, whether the results would be through employee's work dedicated and professional committed to increase retention intention.
 This research mainly in C Bank 2014 year trained the general education and professional training new hire employee total of 209 people, and direct manager execute pairing questionnaire, the valid questionnaires total 177 pcs. This research result we can know:
1. Newcomer training effectiveness and job engagement have significant positive relationship.
2. Newcomer training effectiveness and professional committed have significant positive relationship.
3. Newcomer job engagement and intention to stay have significant positive relationship.
4. Newcomer professional committed and intention to stay have significant positive relationship.
5. Training effectiveness through job engagement to intention to stay is positive impact.
6. Training effectiveness through professional committed to Intention to stay is positive impact.
