Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe that indegenious people ought to take initative to establish the system and awareness combined with ethnic culture and arts. In order to free from mainsream cognition system, it is of significance and demand on developing ethnic culture and arts. Modern Taiwanese indegenious artists deliver autologous cultural arts, as well as establish their cultural sovereign trough tribalism by performing the cultural value on their artworks. Their efforts achieve the real performance of art development under Taiwanese indegenious main cutural consciousness in international artistic stage. The results of the research is based on the artwork creation of Hwa, Heng-Ming. It is assisted with the artiist’s gradual process on creation. It is extended to the discussion on creation which is the media of cutural revival-research on graphic patterns from Clan Paliljaw(Hengchun) Mavaliu.
