本研究旨在探討社區導向複合型運動在老人功能性體適能的效益。研究以17 名臺中市北區單一社區的老年人為研究對象,介入社區導向複合型運動(12週,每週3次,每次60分鐘,包含肌力、心肺耐力、柔軟度、協調及平衡訓練),並於運動介入前、介入8週後與介入12週後進行老人功能性體適能測驗。本研究以量化方式驗證,採取重複量數單因子變異係數分析探討運動的效益。研究結果顯示社區導向複合型運動課程的介入,對靜態平衡、上肢肌力、下肢肌力、心肺耐力、下肢柔軟度、動態平衡及敏捷性皆有改善,唯有上肢柔軟度無顯著改善。期盼藉由本研究結果所提出的建議,設計更加適切的複合型運動計畫可讓更多老年人參與其中並藉此提升生活品質。活躍老化。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of community-based multi-modal exercise on the abilities of function fitness in older adults. Seventeen community older adults volunteered to participate in 12-weeks exercise program.
The functional fitness assessments were tested before, 8-weeks and after intervention of exercise program. The multi-modal exercise were included strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, coordination and balance training (12 weeks, 3 days per week, 60 minutes per day). One-way ANOVA with repeated measurement was used to evaluate the effect of multi-modal exercise intervention. The results showed that there were significant differences on the parameters of the function fitness assessments, except for the back scratch test. According the finding from this study, we concluded that a multi-modal exercise programs could improve multiple functional fitness abilities for older adults.
