近年來全球的資訊爆炸,3C產品一直推陳出新,最常見的娛樂就是電視了,在這幾年內很多的家庭因為一般電視訊號要從類比變成數位的,所以要購入數位機上盒,很多家庭就會選擇IPTV Box來替代,由於要多花費一筆錢,IPTV比起一般數位機上盒又多了許多功能,所以才會被許多人採用。但是大部分的廠商都是使用固定的系統,對於使用者都是推播同一種活動,如果可以針對不同客戶群來推播符合他們喜好的服務那對於公司品牌形象會有很大的提升,那對於要做到客製化收集客戶使用資訊就相對重要。本論文設計一套可以收集客戶使用資訊,主要分為三個部份:1.資料收集在本論文中分為APP可取得的與必須從System Log才能得到的資訊,在透過SQLite來分享底層與上層的資料,最後在經由Service上傳遠端資料庫,2.APP的Service透過Web Service上傳資料到Server端的資料庫,3.管理者可以透過網頁來觀察電視盒回饋之大數據進而可以針對不同喜好的客戶群做客製化的服務,本論文還有設計一個profile的機制,當Service每天會對Server更新profile取得該上傳什麼資料,讓整體系統更加彈性,本論文透過Android IPTV Box來完成「應用於網路電視盒使用者體驗回饋系統之設計與實作」。
In recent years, information is explosive in the world. New 3C products is proposed continuously. The most common entertainment is television. In the past few years, because the television signal was changed from analog to digital, many families need to buy a digital TV box. Alternatively, they may choose a IPTV Box, due to the low cost and various multimedia contents. However, most of the manufacturers use fixed systems. They are pushing the same advertisement to all of their customers. If the advertisement can be sent according the customers’ preference, the brand image of the company will be improved greatly. Thus, it is important to collect the feedback information of users acturally. This thesis designs a system that can be used to collect the using information of customers. The system is divided into three parts: (1) Data collection is divided into two subparts. The first subpart is the log that can be obtained by APP. The other subpart is the log that can only be obtained from the System Log. The SQLite is used to share the information of system log from the bottom layer to the upper layer. Finally, the collected data is uploaded to the remote database with an APP service. (2) The App service uploads the collected data to the database with the Web service API. (3) The manager can read the result of analysis and statistic based on the collected big data. Moreover, the manager can aware of customers’ preferences. Additionally, a dynamic collection mechanism for customers is also design. According to the IPTV model, different data can be collected with the collection profile. The system is very flexible. This thesis finished “Design and Implementation of User Experience Feedback System for IPTV Boxes” based an android IPTV Box.
