以磨課師為主的教學傳播模式已成為高等教育與終身學習之重
要內容傳播管道,但近來其發展也產生了瓶頸。首先,許多線上影片
以教師自製為主,但教師本身資源與知能有限,獨立完成的課程品質
歧異。此外,教師自製的磨課師影片多以單一性的描述型言說作為錄
製方式,其單調、冗長的呈現方式造成了學習動機者低落。教師的言
說策略是影響影片教學的重要關鍵,但因缺乏典範與經驗,鮮少教師
能突破言說困境。本研究擬以「媒體設計」類磨課師課程為例,探討
不同言說設計之影片對學習者的學習成就、心流與腦波之影響;而欲
探討之言說方式包含「描述型言說」與「敘事型言說」二種,心流則
量測學習者的立即的回饋、控制感、全神貫注等九項指標,而專注度
腦波與放鬆度腦波為透過腦波儀所得之數據。研究結果顯示,「敘事
型言說」影片在心流反應之全神貫注、控制感、忘卻自我、擬真感、
正向感以及放鬆度腦波,對學生表現影響較佳。期本研究結果能成為
日後線上教學影片建立與改善的學術立基。
MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) have been a new form of online courses
and becoming a mainstream delivery channel in higher education. In order to provide
concretely academic references to developers for better course quality, this study aims
to conduct an experimental research for the exploration of video discourse design on
learning. Two discourse approaches explored in this study were the descriptive and
narrative strategy. Four questions were included in this study: 1) Is there any difference
on student UI perception between two videos with different discourse design? 2) Is
there any difference on learning achievement between different videos with two
discourse design? 3) Is there any difference on flow experience between different
videos with two discourse design? 4) Is there any difference on brainwave between two
videos with different discourse design? The results showed that videos with the
different discourse design impact significantly on learning. Hopefully the research
helps to promote MOOC video production and improve MOOC video qualities.
