臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的旨在瞭解學校志工管理機制之現況、瞭解志工管理者之管理經驗與志工隊的關係、瞭解學校志工隊與隊長服務發展歷程、瞭解學校志工隊經營的困境與因應策略。本研究採用質性研究中的詮釋個案研究方法(Interpretative Case Research)，透過半結構式訪談(Semi-structured Interview)面談了6位學校志工隊的歷任隊長。本研究資料分析法採用主題分析法(Thematic Analysis)，以了解志工隊長加入的原因、服務歷程、管理機制、管理經驗與志工隊的關係、困境與因應策略等。研究發現大多數志工與志工隊長加入學校志工隊均是以自身小孩入學的因素為最多，而遭遇的最大困境就是服務的家長因為經濟因素必須離開志願服務的志業。

The purpose of this study is to understand the current condition of school volunteer management, the relationship between the volunteer team and manager’s management experience, the working development process of a volunteer team and leaders, and the challenges of running a volunteer team, as well as appropriate coping strategies. The researcher conducts a qualitative study by means of a thematic analysis, interviews and interpretative case research in order to explore the reasons for enrolling, volunteer work experience, the relationship between the management experience and the team, and the challenges they encounter along with their coping strategies. Semi-structured interviews are selected as a means of collecting data from six former and current volunteer team leaders. The findings show that most volunteer team members or leaders are willing to take part in a school’s volunteer work because their children attend the school and the major reason they leave the team is related to economic issues.
