臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討現實治療團體對期貨交易者之交易負向情緒、交易制控信念與交易績效之輔導效果。本研究採前後測準實驗設計，以台北與高雄地區60位期貨交易者(實驗組30位，控制組30位)為研究對象。實驗組進行每週1次、每次2小時，共8次之現實治療團體；控制組於追蹤測後依其意願進行現實治療工作坊。兩組成員在進行團體前、後及團體結束後4週，分別接受「交易負向情緒量表」、「交易制控信念量表」之施測及1週交易績效之紀錄，以單因子共變數分析與相依樣本t檢定進行統計考驗，評估實驗處遇之輔導效果。團體後對實驗組成員進行訪談，藉以輔助了解現實治療團體對期貨交易者的輔導效果。
本研究發現：
1.現實治療團體對期貨交易者之交易負向情緒、交易制控信念具有立即與實驗後4週輔導效果。
2.現實治療團體對期貨交易者之交易績效具有立即輔導效果。
3.期貨交易者參與現實治療團體後1週內與4週後之交易績效顯著優於參與前。
4.現實治療之「共融關係」、「WDEP循環」、「整體行為」、「評量性問句」、「內外控」、「SAMIC3」概念，為期貨交易者對團體之主觀助益。
綜合本研究結果，研究者提出對實務工作者及未來研究上之建議。
