本研究係提出一整合「資訊檢索」、「重現問題」與「探索突破」於專利迴避設計之想法。許多學者投入全力發展更快速及更精確之方法分析專利資訊,然而,那些方法卻多不能在設計時提供有效之新線索,尤其是在專利迴避設計。實際上,在專利迴避設計過程中,最令人困擾者莫過於重現標的專利之原始問題;因此,本研究引入一關鍵詞彙庫比對方法,該詞彙庫可對應於TRIZ工程參數與發明法則,用於了解目標專利之原始問題,類比產生其問題情境;隨後用TRIZ矛盾矩陣找出該問題之其他可行新解,而那些新解將可有利於專利迴避設計,產生實質不同之創新設計。另外,為了使本研究提出之想法具體化,本研究建構一電腦輔助工具「SDAL(Smart Design-Around Tool,智慧專利迴避設計工具)」,其可協助開發人員在進行專利迴避設計時快速地產生新靈感。目前SDAL之測試資料庫收集了多件關於高齡者與下肢不便者輔助起身座椅之中華民國專利資訊與關鍵詞彙庫,而本研究亦使用SDAL成功地發展該類型座椅之專利迴避設計原型。目前該原型已通過侵害測試,即將申請新專利。
The research is to make an idea integrating surveying patent information, reappearing problem and discovering breakthrough into design-around. Many researchers have made their efforts to develop faster and more precise approach to analyze the patent information; however, those approaches could not provide effective clues for design project, especially design-around. In practice, the most perplexing situation during design-around is to reappear the original problem of objective patent; therefore, an idea, which introduces a keyword recognition approach based on a specific keyword bank and its corresponding TRIZ parameters and inventive principles, is proposed for resolving that situation. After analogizing the original problem of the objective patent by the keyword bank, a scenario of the problem could be showed clearly and new other candidates of solution could be found through the TRIZ contradiction matrix, and then those candidates would be beneficial to design-around and even lead an innovation. Further, this research constructs a computer-aided tool “SDAL (Smart Design-Around Tool)” for making the proposed idea practical, and it could assist designers to inspire new ideas for their design-around projects. So far the test database of the SDAL involves the Taiwanese patent information of the “Assisting-Rising-Movements-Chair for Elder and Lower-Limb Challenged.” A new design-around prototype of the chair has been successfully developed through the SDAL, and it has passed the infringement test. The prototype is still in improvement and will be filed for new patent.¬
